We’re growing fast and are now looking for a creative storyteller who can turn our expertise into engaging short-form video content, reels, carousels, and branded visuals for social media and YouTube.
As a Content Creator & Video Editor, you will own the creation of educational, promotional, and inspirational content across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll work closely with our marketing and training teams to produce high-quality videos, reels, and visual content that attract leads, engage followers, and build thought leadership.
- Conceptualize and create short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Edit long-form content (e.g., webinars, training clips) into engaging social snippets
- Design educational carousels and quote posts using templates or brand kits
- Repurpose raw footage, speaker clips, and testimonials into platform-optimized content
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and branded visuals where needed
- Stay up to date on trends in Agile, leadership, and digital media
- Collaborate with our team to align on messaging, timing, and campaign goals
- 1–3 years of content creation and video editing experience (freelance or in-house)
- Proficiency in vidoe tools
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop
- Ability to tell a compelling story within 30–90 seconds
- Familiarity with professional audiences and platforms like LinkedIn & YouTube
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proactive communication
