Requirements:
- 3+ years creating performance-oriented content for an agency, in-house marketing team, or media brand
- Strong portfolio spanning short-form video, static social creative, and written marketing content
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice by audience, offer, and channel
- Proficiency with modern creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Working knowledge of content strategy, social platform best practices, and performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Ability to turn briefs, campaign goals, partner feedback, and performance insights into clear content concepts and iterations
- Comfort collaborating with designers, account leads, and paid media teams in a remote, async workflow
- Highly organized with strong written English and the ability to overlap ≥4 hrs with Pacific Time
- Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and repurpose content across organic social, case studies, thought leadership, landing-page support, and partner-facing marketing materials
- Produce short-form video, static creative, and written assets tailored to advertisers, publishers, and prospective clients
- Own content calendars and production workflows from brief through draft, review, revision, and publication
- Partner with design, paid media, and account teams to align content with campaigns, launches, and growth goals
- Monitor content performance and audience feedback; iterate based on engagement, traffic, and conversion signals
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging for different verticals, offers, and partner audiences
- Stay current on platform trends, creative formats, and competitor activity to surface new content opportunities
