of existing prospects and customers, ensuring their ongoing success and opportunities.

The Role:

Consultant – ESG and Supply Chain (Sales & Technical), Freelance

Fully remote: We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as a

Consultant. The successful candidate will advise clients on transformative and sustainable

practices across sectors and also lead commercial and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting: Provide expert advisory services related to one or more from the below:

● Enhance supply chain due diligence and risk management.

● Establish, review and help organizations in implementing sustainability strategies.

● Cover social, environmental and governance needs through e.g. evaluations and

reporting.

● Use VECTRA’s AI solution CTaaS as a key tool for providing services.

● Support and / or manage ESG/sustainability programs for organizations.

● Deliver consultative selling approaches that align client goals with social, environmental,

and ethical impact (ESG & Supply Chain)

● Generate positive impact and measurable improvement through every project with focus

on ROI.

Sales:

● Manage and grow key relationships within a defined portfolio of existing clients.

● Meet or exceed quarterly new business growth targets.

● Strategically positioning clients for seamless contract renewals.

● Foster long-term client relationships through proactive support and engagement.

● Increased revenue through existing client acquisition by promoting all seven of VECTRA’s

services.

● Identify and research potential clients to discover new business opportunities.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly

performance goals.

● Use CRM tools to track activity, update account information, and manage follow-ups.

● Collaborate closely with and support other sales team members at all stages in the sales

process.

● Demonstrate a strong, high-level understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Technical:

 Expertise in sustainable strategy development and ESG integration, including support for

companies in implementing and strengthening ESG requirements.

 Skills in ESG assessments, sustainability reporting (including GRI and preparation of

ESG/sustainability reports), and performing materiality assessments and implementing

benchmarking strategies.

 Expertise in due diligence management system development, risk mitigation, and

transparency in sustainable supply chain management.

 Knowledge of leading industry standards and international schemes for responsible

business due diligence

Qualifications:

● Experience: 3-5+ years in consulting and professional services and sales acumen (B2B

ESG).

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related fields.

● Deep understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), and Supply Chain

sustainability / responsible business topics, or socio-economic development frameworks.

● Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English.

● Strong commercial mindset and sales acumen.

● Strong organizational and presentation skills, creative (ability to think outside the box),

goal-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to business.

● Experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho).
