Construction Project Manager with BuilderTrend Experience hourly

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to support daily operations, manage client communications, and handle financial administration. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate.

🕒 Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM UK Time

💰 Salary: $6.50–$8.50 per hour

🌍 Remote (PH-based applicants)

Responsibilities:

  • Send welcome emails to new clients
  • Respond to customer messages
  • Create to-do lists and assign tasks/messages to relevant internal team members
  • Daily monitoring of communications, especially morning inquiries
  • Upload and manage all invoices in Builder Trend
  • Assign invoices to correct project/job + cost code
  • Assist with monthly reconciliation by verifying invoices against supplier statements to check missing invoices
  • Export reports from Builder Trend and use Excel to compare data for accuracy
  • Match bills and invoices on QuickBooks
  • Other tasks as instructed

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years of combined experience in any of these roles: Project Manager, Bookkeeper, or Admin Assistant
  • Experience with Builder Trend
  • Solid project management capabilities with experience using project management tools
  • Proficient in email communication and management
  • Proficient in invoice management
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (invoice and bill management)
