  • Contact clients, vendors, and partners regarding overdue accounts and required compliance documentation.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and ensure all collections activities maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with staff across departments to obtain missing or updated forms, licenses, insurance, and legal documents.
  • Document and track all communication and activity in the CRM and compliance databases with thorough accuracy.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally while reinforcing company policies and compliance standards.
  • Generate regular reports on collection activity and compliance status for leadership review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all industry, company, and legal guidelines for record-keeping and client interaction.
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections, compliance coordination, or a related administrative field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation processes, particularly within trucking or logistics, is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM or compliance tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with careful attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to explain compliance requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Professional and diplomatic approach to sensitive or potentially difficult collection conversations.
  • Proven multitasking ability and capacity to meet deadlines and team goals.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional training or certification in compliance, collections, or customer service is an asset.
  • Meet weekly collection activity and documentation targets.
  • Maintain a high accuracy rate in record-keeping, documentation, and client communications.
  • Respond and follow up with contacts in a timely and efficient manner.
