Commission Only Sales Closer - B2B SaaS hourly

COMPENSATION:

• $2.50 USD/hour base (Month 1: commission-only while we validate the channel — base starts Month 2 for active closers)
• 20% commission per closed deal: $98 / $178 / $398 depending on plan (annual pricing $490/$890/$1,990)
• No cap on commission
• Paid monthly, end of month, via bank transfer

SCHEDULE:

• Must be available during US business hours (EST or PST), roughly 4-6 hours/day
• Monday to Friday

YOUR ROLE:

• Call from a provided list of ~5,000 B2B leads (agencies/freelancers in web design, branding, SEO, social media)
• Follow a proven script (opening, qualification, objection handling) — room to sound natural, not robotic
• Target ~50 calls/day
• Close directly on the call — it's a 7-day free trial, no card required, so there's no heavy pitch needed
• Log every call outcome in a shared tracker

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:

• Speak clear, confident English
• Have cold calling or BPO experience (not required, but a plus — we're open to motivated beginners with strong phone communication skills)
• Are self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-based structure
• Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Fentyr is a client onboarding tool for agencies and freelancers — replaces messy email chains and scattered Google Docs with one branded portal (intake forms, file uploads, AI-drafted contracts, Stripe payments). Early-stage, real product, real users.
