This is 100% commission. No salary. No hourly. No base pay. You eat what you kill.
If you have never closed a sale where money changed hands because of something you said, this role is not for you.
What You Sell:
Business websites: $500 - $2,500
MVPs and web apps: $5,000 - $10,000+
You handle the sale. We build the product. Client pays. You get paid.
Your Commission:
20% of every closed deal
$500 website = $100 in your pocket
$2,500 website = $500
$10,000 MVP = $2,000
No cap. Sell more, earn more.
How You Sell:
That is up to you. We do not hand you a script and a list of Facebook groups to join. You are a salesperson. You figure out how to get in front of buyers.
What works: Direct outreach via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and referrals from past sales. Finding businesses that need websites and reaching out to them directly.
What does NOT work: Joining Facebook groups, waiting for someone to post "I need a website," and competing in the comments. We tried this with 25 reps. Zero sales.
Who This Is NOT For:
Virtual assistants looking for something to do
Data entry or customer support workers who "can also do sales"
People who need to be told what to do every day
People who will apply, get onboarded, and go silent
We have onboarded 25+ reps before. Five showed any activity. Zero closed a sale. We are done wasting time on people who are not real salespeople.
Payment: You get paid after the client pays. Payment via Payoneer, Wise, or bank transfer.
