Solid Fizz is a growth partner company that partners with medical aesthetic clinics around the world. We specialize in helping clinics grow sustainably by providing done-for-you marketing services and customized sales training programs. Our clients include plastic surgeons, dental clinics, hair transplant clinics, and wellness brands primarily in the US, UK, and Europe.
We are looking for experienced commission-based sales closers who can:
- Sell our medical marketing services to aesthetic clinics
- Speaks fluent English with a neutral accent
- Sell our sales training programs for clinic teams
- Conduct cold calling and cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or DMs
- Follow up with warm leads (we provide some leads, if you can generate leads it is a plus)
- Close high-ticket deals and follow simple CRM workflows
You will be provided with:
- A dedicated calling tool and business email
- Some qualified leads to start with
- Pitch materials, training, and offer decks
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or high-ticket sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent English with a neutral or near-native accent (mandatory)
- Ability to generate your own leads
- Confidence in handling full sales cycle independently
- Familiarity with the medical, wellness, or aesthetics space is a plus
This is an ongoing role. If you perform well, this can turn into a long-term partnership with growth-based bonuses.
This is a commission-only position.
- Average commission per deal: $250–$800
- No fixed salary or hourly rate
- Bonuses available based on performance
