Scaleupth Solutions is a new startup IT services company offering Website Development, ERP (Odoo), Mobile Apps, CRM, AI/ML, and custom enterprise software solutions. We're looking for a self-motivated digital marketer who thrives in startup environments and can wear multiple hats — from content creation to client conversion.

  • Lead Generation: Use organic, paid, and referral-based strategies to identify and qualify high-potential leads (especially high-ticket clients).
  • Sales Conversion: Communicate with leads, understand their needs, and convert them into paying clients.
  • Graphic Design: Create eye-catching social media graphics, brochures, portfolio decks, and other visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Digital Presence: Build and maintain a powerful online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Portfolio Building: Design and maintain the company’s digital portfolio to showcase our services and success stories.
  • Use of Open-Source Tools: Leverage free/open-source tools for SEO, analytics, content planning, social media scheduling, email marketing, etc.
  • Client Communication: Build trust with leads through consistent follow-up and consultation to close deals.
  • Brand Building: Create awareness campaigns that establish Scaleupth as a trusted name in the IT services space.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation for B2B/IT services.
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills — must be persuasive and confident in converting leads.
  • Experience working with startups or remote companies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of open-source marketing tools (MailerLite, Buffer, Mautic, Ubersuggest, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Portfolio of past marketing work and lead generation success stories.
  • Basic understanding of IT services like Web, ERP, CRM, and AI solutions.
  • 10% Commission on each successfully converted lead (paid upon client payment).
