We’re on the lookout for a proactive, communicative Cold Outreach Specialist to support our new client acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, creating meaningful connections and booking qualified leads for our sales team. Cold Calling: Contact potential clients by phone, introduce our services, and spark interest.
Appointment Setting: Book qualified sales meetings for our sales team with interested leads.
Cold Email Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize targeted email outreach campaigns.
Lead Research: Build and maintain a high-quality list of prospects and key decision-makers.
CRM Management: Log and track all outreach activities in our CRM to maintain organized follow-ups and pipeline visibility.
Previous experience in cold outreach or sales, preferably within a marketing agency or B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident and persuasive over the phone and via email.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of Digital Essence.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms is a plus.
