Cold Email Inbox Manager (Remote, US Hours) full time

We are looking for a full-time Inbox Manager with hands-on experience handling replies from cold email campaigns.

We’re a B2B cold email agency helping companies generate qualified meetings through highly personalized outreach.

This role is focused on handling inbound replies and keeping conversations moving toward booked calls. You will work with existing campaigns and follow structured processes to respond accurately and consistently.

Full-time. Remote. US business hours required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to prospect replies in real time inside Airtable CRM
• Understand client offers and use relevant information in replies
• Escalate complex or unclear cases when needed
• Upload leads and support basic campaign operations
• Communicate with our clients via Slack

Requirements

• 1+ year experience handling replies from cold email campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be able to work during US business hours (9am–5pm EST)
• Must be able to handle prospect replies within 5-10 minutes
• Comfortable working within long and structured SOPs
