Cold Email Campaign Manager full time

A cold email agency is looking for a Cold Email Campaign Manager for long-term, fully remote and salary-based work.

You’ll manage the entire process - from onboarding, building lists of leads, writing email copy, and personalizing emails to tracking and optimizing deliverability and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage cold email campaigns for multiple clients
• Build lists of leads (we've almost completely automated this)
• Write cold email copy and follow-ups, personalize emails using Clay
• Monitor campaign performance, A/B test copy, and adjust targeting as needed
• Stay current with cold outreach best practices, tools, and deliverability strategies

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience running cold email campaigns
• Ability to write high-converting cold email copy
• Deep understanding of email deliverability and technical setup
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with email personalization using Clay or similar enrichment tools.
