We are looking for a full-time Campaign & Inbox Manager with hands-on experience running successful cold email campaigns.
We’re a B2B cold email agency helping companies generate qualified meetings through highly personalized outreach.
This role combines campaign execution and inbox management. You will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, as well as handling prospect replies.
Full-time. Remote. US business hours required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build targeted lead lists in Apollo
- Create Clay enrichment workflows
- Write and iterate on cold email copy and follow-ups
- Manage and respond to prospect replies inside Airtable CRM
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and adjust targeting and messaging
- Track deliverability and maintain inbox health
- Communicate with our clients via Slack
Requirements
- 1+ year hands-on experience running cold email campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be able to work during US business hours (9am–5pm EST)
- Must be able to handle prospect replies within 5-10 minutes.
- Experience with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar tools
- Comfortable working within long and structured SOPs
