As we scale our impact, we are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and proactive Cold Calling & Marketing Associate to grow our student pipeline and brand reach.

This is a dynamic role that blends outbound lead generation (cold calling) with hands-on marketing support, helping to connect professionals to world-class certification programs. You will speak with prospective students, HR managers, and corporate partners, introduce them to our offerings, and assist in campaign follow-up.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential students and corporate leads from our database and public directories
  • Introduce and explain the value of SPC, ASPC, and other Agile certification courses
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or direct enrollments
  • Follow up with warm leads who expressed past interest or attended events
  • Assist in executing outreach campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
  • Send promotional messages and follow-up reminders to leads
  • Collect and report feedback from calls to refine messaging and targeting
  • Help segment and update lead databases (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate call logs and conversion notes
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, offers, and campaign goals
  • Track KPIs like calls/day, appointments booked, and conversions
