An Australian insurance is company looking to improve their lead generation and appointment setting process. They are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) who can efficiently cold call Australian customers, set appointments, and perform three-way call transfers to their call center.

Qualifications:

-At least 1 year prior cold calling experience, especially within the insurance industry.

-High communication English skills with neutral accent (delivery sales pitch to set appointments).

Position: Cold Callers -Australian Market

Industry: Insurance Company

Schedule: 9am-6pm Australian Time zone FULL TIME

Location: work from home (PH based)

Goal: To generate warm transferred leads through effective cold calling, reaching an average of three to five successful lead transfers per day.

Top 3 Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

  1. Cold calling Australian customers and setting appointments.
  2. Performing three-way call transfers to the company’s call center.
  3. Managing CRM.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

VA English Communications:

  • Reading/Comprehension: High Quality | Quick Justification: VA will need to understand scripts and adapt to customer queries.
  • Written: High Quality | Quick Justification: VA will need to note customer information accurately.
  • Speak: Neutral Accent | Quick Justification: Need to make & take calls with Australian customers.
