We are a growing real estate investment company looking for dynamic and results-driven Cold Callers to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for prospecting and contacting potential sellers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate, loves working with people, and has a positive attitude. You will be working in a fast-paced, energetic environment with a supportive team that values hard work and innovation.

Part-time position available with a possibility of full time

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing or call center is a plus but NOT required
• Strong English communication skills (minimal accent) and ability to build rapport with potential clients 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation: 

• $480 - $800 per month! 
• Bonuses available: Up to $250 per closed deal!
