You are the first human interaction with potential clients of a luxury design-build construction company.
This is not a basic appointment setting role — you are responsible for qualifying, filtering, and positioning high-value leads before they reach the sales team.
Your goal is to ensure only serious, well-qualified clients are booked for consultations.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Response (Speed = Opportunity)
- Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, website, and referrals
- Call new leads as the first point of contact
- Follow up via call and SMS if no answer
- Maintain consistent follow-up (3–5 attempts per lead)
2. Lead Qualification (Core Function)
You will assess and filter leads based on:
- Project type (Backyard, ADU, Full Remodel, etc.)
- Budget alignment with luxury construction standards
- Timeline (serious buyers vs. just exploring)
- Decision-maker confirmation (speaking to the owner or not)
👉 If not qualified: politely disqualify or nurture for future follow-up
👉 If qualified: immediately proceed to booking
3. Appointment Setting (Authority-Based Approach)
Appointments are positioned, not requested.
Example tone:
“We typically start with a design consultation where we go over your vision and possibilities. Based on what you shared, you’d be a great fit.”
- Offer 1–2 available time slots
- Create urgency (limited availability this week)
- Confirm appointment clearly and professionally
4. Brand Representation (Critical)
Every interaction must reflect a premium experience:
- Professional, calm, and confident communication
- Structured and organized tone
- Never pushy or salesy
- High-value positioning at all times
Goal:
👉 “This company is high-end, trusted, and in demand.”
5. CRM Management
- Log all leads accurately in CRM
- Update status: New / Contacted / Qualified / Booked / Dead
- Record key notes (budget, objections, intent, personality)
- Maintain consistent follow-up discipline
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in appointment setting, sales development, lead qualification, or client-facing roles
- Strong experience handling inbound or high-intent leads
- Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral, or good international accent suitable for US-based clients
- Experience in luxury services, construction, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred
