With established lead lists and outbound email systems, the company is now expanding into strategic outbound calling to drive demos and revenue growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads, engage prospects, and book meetings for the sales team. This role focuses on building relationships with decision-makers and introducing solutions that enhance how brands manage influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to generate interest and qualify leads

Schedule demos and meetings with key decision-makers

Research prospects and support lead list development using tools like https://seamless.ai/

Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot

Communicate value by discussing influencer marketing and creator partnerships

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling

Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, https://seamless.ai/, Salesforce, GoHighLevel is a plus)

Driven, resilient, and performance-oriented

BPO sales experience is an advantage
