The Opportunity:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team. In this role, you will proactively contact potential clients, both warm leads and cold prospects, to schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Do:
- Outbound calling to both warm leads (those who have expressed interest) and prospective clients from our database.
- Clearly articulate the value of BDC Automation's solutions.
- Identify customer needs and overcome objections to schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills – you must be fluent in English with a neutral or American-sounding accent.
- Comfortable working during US business hours (PST).
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation & Perks:
- Negotiable compensation starting at $5 per hour + $2 commission for every confirmed appointment that shows up.
- Flexible, remote work.
- 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
