You’ll be the first voice potential clients hear from Pearl Lemon. Your goal? Turn curiosity into connection, and connection into qualified opportunities for our sales closers to convert.

You’ll work across multiple sectors — from SEO and PR to Legal, Accounting, Property Services, and SaaS — representing a company trusted by brands around the world.

• Make 80–120 targeted outbound calls per day (B2B focus)
• Qualify prospects using proven consultative scripts
• Book discovery calls and appointments for our internal sales team
• Use CRM tools (training provided) to log, track, and follow up effectively
• Experiment, iterate, and improve — “launch fast, fix live” is our culture

You won’t just hit KPIs — you’ll help shape the voice of Pearl Lemon’s outreach engine.

Within 30 days:

• You’re confidently pitching Pearl Lemon’s diverse services
• You’ve booked your first 10 qualified appointments
• You’ve mastered our CRM and call-tracking tools

Within 90 days:

• You’re consistently exceeding weekly call quotas
• You’ve helped generate deals worth $5K–$50K+
• You’re contributing new script ideas and optimization insights

Within 6 months:

• You’re earning commissions that reflect real performance (no cap)
• You’re training others through Pearl Lemon Academy
• You’re seen as a trusted growth partner, not just a voice on the line
