We are looking for a reliable cold caller / appointment setter to contact home care agencies in the United States and schedule discovery calls with our consulting team.
This role focuses on starting conversations and booking meetings, not hard selling.
You will be calling agency owners or administrators and briefly introducing our services before scheduling a short discovery call when there is interest.
• Make outbound calls to home care agencies in the U.S.
• Follow a simple call script
• Speak with agency owners or administrators
• Ask qualifying questions
• Book discovery calls on our calendar
• Record notes from conversations
• Clear English with professional phone presence
• Experience with cold calling or appointment setting
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
• Reliable internet and headset
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
Part-time
Approximately 3–4 hours per day
Expected call volume:
100–180 calls per day depending on conversation length
Leads and call script will be provided.
• $6–$8 per hour depending on experience
• Bonus for qualified meetings booked
