We're looking for a React Developer based in the Philippines to join our tight crew and help push the product forward. No formal design handoffs. No 90-page briefs. You’ll be collaborating closely with our PH-based lead dev and the AU founders, building fast and iterating based on feel, flow, and function.

• Code out clean, modern UI in React/TypeScript
• Build what feels intuitive, not just what’s spec’d
• Hook into real-time APIs and deliver fast, responsive feedback loops
• Improve UX through iteration, not perfectionism
• Collaborate async, ship quickly, refactor later if needed

This is vibe-led development—you’ll have freedom to build, try things, and steer the ship alongside the team.

• 2+ years of React.js experience (TS/ES6+ preferred)
• Great instincts for front-end architecture, UI patterns, and usability
• Solid experience working with APIs and async data handling
• Familiar with business workflows, CRMs, and data display logic
• You're collaborative, independent, and always shipping
• Based in the Philippines

• Zustand or other modern state management tools
• Experience with real-time or near real-time UI data (e.g., notifications, metrics)
• Comfort working without rigid design systems
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI tools, or workflow automation platforms
