Cloud / DevOps Engineer (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD) – 4+ Years

Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Cloud / DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience building and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with US-based engineering teams in an async, distributed environment to design, deploy, and maintain scalable systems in AWS or Azure.
This role is ideal for strong execution-focused engineers who are comfortable with cloud infrastructure, automation, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Optimize cloud cost and infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborate with US engineering teams in an async workflow
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / SRE roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure in production environments
- Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems
- Experience supporting production systems and handling incidents
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD or similar)
- Observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
- Microservices architecture experience
- Multi-cloud exposure (AWS + Azure)
- FinOps / cloud cost optimization experience
- Experience working with US-based or global distributed teams

- $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month
