ROASForm is a growing SaaS company building a powerful form builder platform that integrates directly with GoHighLevel. We help GHL users capture leads, track conversions, and optimize their marketing — all from one seamless tool.

We're looking for a sharp, client-facing Client Success & Technical Support Specialist who can handle customer calls, onboarding, and technical support. You need to speak both marketing and tech fluently.

  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, automations, sub-accounts)* Technical knowledge of webhooks, UTM parameters, Meta Pixel, and Zapier/Make automations* Real marketing experience — you understand funnels (VSL, schedule-call), paid ads, and speak the language (split tests, CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR)* Excellent English communication skills — you'll be on video calls with customers regularly* A problem-solving mindset — comfortable digging into technical issues and figuring things out
  • Experience with form/survey tools (Typeform, Jotform, or similar)* Background in SaaS customer success or technical support* Experience with paid ads platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
