The VAM Group (VAM) is looking for a client success coordinator who can help manage communication across active accounts. This role is not a sales role and it is not a deep strategy role. The main responsibility is making sure clients feel supported, informed, and organized while our delivery team executes.
Responsibilities include:
Collecting updates from the internal team
Creating weekly client updates
Tracking blockers, asks, deadlines, and next steps
Joining client calls when needed
Following up with clients in a professional and friendly way
Keeping leadership informed when something needs escalation
Maintaining clean communication across Slack, email, Asana, and client-facing channels
The right person is warm, organized, responsive, emotionally steady, and good at making clients feel taken care of.
This person does not need to know every detail of paid media, CRM, creative, or automation, but they do need to know how to ask the right questions internally and communicate clearly externally.

Must Work USA Business Hours.
Has to be available for client meetings we have in series already.
