Client Communication Coordinator (US-Based, Remote) hourly

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, US-based Client Communication Coordinator to support our software project operations. This role focuses on client communication, coordination, and basic project updates, while all technical development and delivery are handled by our engineering team. This is a fully remote, part-time position with flexible working hours and long-term potential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic client messages and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Share short project updates and status information with clients
• Help coordinate timelines and ensure communication remains organized
• Occasionally join brief, scheduled client calls when needed
• Maintain clear and accurate communication records
• Coordinate closely with the engineering lead to relay client feedback and updates

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and well organized
• Comfortable communicating with clients via chat, email, and occasional calls
• Able to manage light coordination tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, client coordination, or administrative roles
• Experience working remotely with international teams
• Familiarity with basic project coordination or client-facing workflows
