Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Client Acquisition/Sales Executive to help expand our client base and build long-lasting relationships. You will leverage your network and sales expertise to connect with companies that can benefit from our outsourced remote teams. This is a commission-based position with a competitive salary, offering flexible hours that can complement your current job.
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic sales efforts.
Leverage your existing professional network to establish and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with our team to tailor outsourcing solutions for each client’s unique needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
Stay up-to-date with market trends to identify new business opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
Continuously meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in outsourcing or B2B services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with a strong goal orientation and the ability to work remotely.
Salary & Compensation:
The compensation is based on the number of employees hired through the clients you bring in.
5 employees → $18,000/year
10 employees → $36,000/year
15 employees → $54,000/year
20 employees → $72,000/year
$1,000 bonus for every new client secured
