About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Automation & Monetization Specialist to help our client streamline operations and maximize revenue through smart automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing chatbots, paywalls, and automation tools designed to improve audience engagement and optimize monetization strategies.
Note: This position is open only to applicants based in the European Union (EU) due to project and time zone requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, integrate, and manage chatbots across messaging and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement paywall systems and subscription-based features for digital content.
- Create automation workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Analyze user engagement and monetization performance to enhance results.
- Use CRM, chatbot software, and marketing tools to increase conversions and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for smooth setup and execution.
- Maintain compliance with platform policies and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Chatfuel, Botpress, or similar).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing automation and monetization.
- Knowledge of payment gateways and subscription systems.
- Analytical mindset with KPI tracking experience.
- Basic technical or coding knowledge (e.g., API integrations, webhooks) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or content-based businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
