We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy eSIM Chat / Technical Support Representative to join our remote team. The role focuses on assisting customers via live chat and troubleshooting issues related to eSIM activation and mobile data services.

This position is designed to fill shift gaps, so flexibility is extremely important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via live chat
  • Assist customers with eSIM activation, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Guide users through QR code setup and device compatibility checks
  • Test services using your eSIM-compatible smartphone
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Cover shift gaps based on scheduling needs

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (reading & writing required)
  • Previous experience handling eSIM or mobile data support
  • Must own an eSIM-compatible phone
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting mobile/network issues
  • Flexible availability (no fixed daily schedule)
  • Reliable internet connection
