Must have skills: At least 8+ years overall IT experience.
1. Advanced proficiency in Certinia PSA and Certinia Billing Module providing experience in configuration,customization, Integration and User Support.
2. Strong understanding of Sales force data model, security, and sharing rules.
3. Proficient in creating technical documentation and user guides.
4. Experience with Certinia application, different modules/functional areas and its API integration capabilities.
Good to have knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and REST/SOAP APIs.
