Job Title: Canva Designer & Social Media Manager (Instagram & TikTok)
Job Type: Full Time / $5 an hour
Rate: $5 per hour, with a $1 raise for every 20k organic followers gained on instagram
We are seeking a creative, dedicated, and organized Canva Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team! Your role will involve creating engaging emails, social media posts, and helping to grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts with a focus on organic growth. You will work closely with our brand’s vision to create an American hipster, niche, and creative aesthetic that resonates with our ideal clientele.
- Design visually appealing emails and social media posts using Canva
- Schedule and manage Instagram and TikTok stories
- Grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts organically with a focus on attracting ideal clientele
- Occasionally design and edit videos on-call
- Write and send client and lead emails through Go High Level
- Write a weekly SEO blog related to our brand
- Monitor and track social media performance, suggesting strategies for organic growth
- Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all platforms
- Proven experience using Canva for design
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
- Experience in video editing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles for blog writing
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and occasionally be available for on-call video editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Go High Level is a plus
