Support the launch and growth of a podcast focused on Family, Faith, and meaningful conversations around life, beliefs, and culture. This role combines podcast production, content creation, and social media strategy.

3𝟬-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀

* Edit and publish 3 podcast episodes.

* Create reels, shorts, and sound bites to promote episodes.

* Build early audience traction and followers.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀

* Advanced video & audio editing (2–3 episodes/week)

* Create reels, shorts, and social content for:

   Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X

* Design intros/outros, graphics, and visuals

* Assist with podcast & social media growth strategy.

* Increase visibility, engagement, and reach

𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 (𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱)

Podbean, OBS (or similar), Descript, Canva, Basecamp

R𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

* 4+ years of experience in podcasting & social media

* Highly organized and strategic

* Proven ability to grow podcasts and social channels
