Business Manager (Full-Time, Remote) full time

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take engage in our operations, strategy, and team leadership, with the potential to grow into a position where you can lead independently. Note: This is a full-time employee position, not a freelance or virtual assistant role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.  
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, aligning them with company goals.  
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.  
• Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.  
• Optimize processes using tools like Ontraport and Freedcamp.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business management or related fields.  
• Comfortable with remote work and tools like Ontraport, LLM's, Freedcamp, and Google Docs.  
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.  
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week).

While we are a US based company, you only need to work during our business hours timezone during training. Because this position is not client-facing, we prefer you work during business hours in your timezone.
