We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to help scale our agency, NovaStudio.
NovaStudio is a web agency focused on helping businesses generate more clients through high-converting websites. We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for someone who can take ownership of operations, strategy, and team management.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone serious, structured, and performance-oriented.
Compensation
- First month: Performance-based (commission tied to results and revenue generated)
- After validation: Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus
We are looking for someone confident in their ability to generate results.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing the overall business operations
- Improving and executing growth strategies
- Managing and coordinating the team (closers, prospectors, freelancers)
- Monitoring performance and identifying bottlenecks
- Recruiting new team members when needed
- Improving sales processes and conversion rates
- Structuring workflows and ensuring consistency
- Supporting the team to improve results
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in business management, marketing, or sales operations
- Understands lead generation, conversion, and sales processes
- Is highly organized and structured
- Is results-driven and performance-oriented
- Can take initiative and make decisions
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
