We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to help scale our agency, NovaStudio.

NovaStudio is a web agency focused on helping businesses generate more clients through high-converting websites. We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for someone who can take ownership of operations, strategy, and team management.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone serious, structured, and performance-oriented.

Compensation

  • First month: Performance-based (commission tied to results and revenue generated)
  • After validation: Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus

We are looking for someone confident in their ability to generate results.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimizing the overall business operations
  • Improving and executing growth strategies
  • Managing and coordinating the team (closers, prospectors, freelancers)
  • Monitoring performance and identifying bottlenecks
  • Recruiting new team members when needed
  • Improving sales processes and conversion rates
  • Structuring workflows and ensuring consistency
  • Supporting the team to improve results

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in business management, marketing, or sales operations
  • Understands lead generation, conversion, and sales processes
  • Is highly organized and structured
  • Is results-driven and performance-oriented
  • Can take initiative and make decisions
  • Has strong communication and leadership skills
  • Is comfortable working remotely
