Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and growth
Manage and lead a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
Assign tasks and manage workload effectively
Conduct daily and weekly meetings with team members to track progress and set goals
Implement and monitor performance monitoring strategies to ensure team productivity and efficiency
Develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Utilize existing networks and connections to generate leads and acquire new clients
Lead teams organically, with minimal investment
Develop and manage in-house teams for various roles, utilizing interns to minimize costs
Manadatory Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales & Recruitment
Experience in managing and leading teams
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with performance monitoring and management
Strong network and connections in the industry
