Position Overview:
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting our sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
Job Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and campaigns.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet sales targets.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
- Continuously explore new channels and strategies to expand business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing with overseas companies.
- Strong background in international client engagement and relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales/marketing tools.
