In order to strengthen our presence in the US we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative - a real “hunter” - who can execute and develop STX Next’s sales strategy. Working directly with the team in the region and the HQ, you will contribute to achieving revenue and lead generation targets, increased engagement with prospective clients, and market expansion in the US region.

  • At least 3+ years of proven and successful data-driven lead generation and sales results in IT services and/or products
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients from SMB/ Corporate sectors.
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities.

  • Flexibility and willingness to take ownership of diversified projects within the Sales Department.
  • Building and managing your own pipeline.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through/follow-up, not only in relation to prospects but also to achieving defined KPIs.
  • Experience in working with prospects and clients from the US Region.
  • A strong network that can be leveraged. 
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • From day one - build your own pipeline of enterprise clients by leveraging all available resources including your personal network of contacts 
  • Lead generation and scheduling introduction meetings with prospects.
  • Qualify leads through an extensive STX Next discovery process.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Overall management of the pre-sales relationship with prospects, which includes increasing engagement and identifying opportunities to sell services.
  • Plan and define activities to reach individual and team KPIs. Coordinate the implementation with the teams.
  • Lead business trips to visit prospective clients, and attend conferences, among others.
  • Work with the Pre-Sales team, SDMs and Sales to, whenever possible, shorten the time to take prospects to the buying window. The deals will be transferred to Sales once they are ready to buy. However, above all else, you will help prospects achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the STX Next product/services and the buyer persona’s specific needs.
  • Keep up to date on new technology trends and make recommendations to STX Next on potential new service offerings.
