Tasknova Collective Agency is seeking experienced and self-driven Business Development & Outreach Specialists to help us connect with businesses that require remote staffing and outsourcing support.
This is a commission-based remote role, ideal for individuals who are confident in outreach, prospecting, and starting business conversations.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying companies that may benefit from virtual assistants or remote team support, reaching out to decision-makers, and generating qualified conversations that can be converted into clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and research companies that may need outsourcing or remote staffing support
Reach out to decision-makers (founders, business owners, operations managers)
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
Personalize outreach messages to generate interest and responses
Follow up consistently to increase reply rates
Qualify interested prospects and move them toward a meeting
Log outreach activity and results in a shared tracking system
Compensation
Commission-based role
Earn 5% commission on every successfully closed client
No earning cap
