Business Development Officer hourly

The one percent club is a global association of entrepreneur working on multiples of entrepreneurship development and E-Commerce business projects globally. Currently, we are in the process of expanding our business projects in different parts of the world so that looking for few ambitious and business minded individuals to work as **Business Development Officer **with our vibrant international team remotely with the following main responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities

• Set goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
• Train junior staff on business development
• Develop project proposals and prepare concepts notes
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers
• Design approach to improve organizational business development cycle, including developing tools and processes to improve the business development processes
• Work in close collaboration with senior management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with partner and stakeholders
• Track global opportunities and identify new businesses opportunity
• Compile and maintain a database on regular activities

Requirements

• BA/BSC Degree in business, management, Economics or related filed
• keen interest to work in startup business projects 
• High level business development in startup business 
• Deep coach, mentoring and exceptional interpersonal skill
• Organizational and management abilities 
• Possess self motivation and Leadership skill 
• Creative thinker and fast learner
