Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to support and accelerate our commercial growth. This role will support VendueTech’s transition from early validation to scalable growth.
You will play a critical role in building predictable pipeline coverage, strengthening market feedback loops, and supporting revenue execution as the company scales toward its 2026 commercial objectives.
As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive awareness of Bidsale™, generate qualified opportunities, support enterprise sales cycles, and contribute insights that improve our commercial approach as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development & Outbound Execution
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise customers across the European real estate ecosystem (e.g., investors, brokerages, auction platforms, asset managers).
- Execute outbound prospecting activities including targeted outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with company growth targets.
- Collaborate with founding sales leadership on campaign execution and account prioritization.
Sales Support & Deal Progression
- Support enterprise sales cycles from early conversations through demos and opportunity advancement.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across client organizations, including commercial, legal, and operational teams.
- Help tailor value propositions and use cases for different customer segments.
- Assist with proposals, pilots, and early-stage partnerships as needed.
Customer Insights & Market Feedback
- Capture customer feedback and market insights from conversations and share learnings with sales and product teams.
- Support refinement of ICP definitions and segmentation as the pipeline matures.
- Help identify emerging patterns, objections, and opportunities across the market.
Sales Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems.
- Follow defined sales processes and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Represent VendueTech professionally in meetings, demos, and selected industry events.
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development is essential
- Proven experience working within a SaaS sales environment, including pipeline management, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Experience selling into proptech, fintech, real estate, or complex enterprise environments is highly desirable
- Comfort supporting structured sales processes while contributing ideas to improve them.
- Ability to engage professionally with mid-level and senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
- Location: You must be located in either Germany or Spain for this position.
