We’re looking for proven Sales Closers who can deliver results and own the business development process from start to finish. If you’re a go-getter with the skills to close deals, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities:Β 

1️⃣ Lead Generation & Sales – Generate leads in Indian & USA markets for digital marketing services & Human Resource Services; manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closure.

2️⃣ Client Acquisition – Drive meetings, calls, and presentations via LinkedIn, Facebook, email, cold calling, and other outreach channels.

3️⃣ Digital & Organic Outreach – Use email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and organic lead funnels to get qualified leads & referrals.

4️⃣ Content Creation for Growth – Prepare scripts, presentations, and short videos for branding and lead generation.

5️⃣ Training & Mentorship – Onboard and mentor interns/junior team members; enhance outreach, conversion, and sales skills.

6️⃣ Conversion & Revenue Optimization – Improve lead funnels, boost conversions, and drive consistent revenue growth.

7️⃣ Collaboration – Work with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver business development initiatives.
