InksPage is a globally positioned IT & Engineering staffing firm headquartered in London, UK with delivery centres in USA and India (GCC) delivering permanent and contract staffing across niche technology and engineering domains.

With strong recruitment teams, we enable clients with high-quality, fast, and cost-effective talent solutions, ensuring both speed and margin efficiency.

We are hiring for a pure revenue-generating role focused on acquiring new UK clients and driving staffing revenue.

You will specifically own the complete sales lifecycle:

  • Lead generation
  • Client outreach
  • Discovery & requirement qualification
  • Proposal & rate negotiation
  • Deal closure

Delivery is fully managed by InksPage’s UK and India recruitment teams.

Phase 1: Months 1 - 3

Validate pipeline strength, conversion ability, and early revenue generation.

  • Monthly Retainer: £300
  • (paid only if minimum target achieved)
  • £10,000 billed revenue

Must achieve target in 2 out of 3 months for conversion

  • 3% on total billed revenue
  • £10K – £15K (5% Commission)
  • £15K – £25K (08% Commission)
  • £25K+ (10% Commission)

KPI Expectations:

  • 10 – 15 discovery meetings/month
  • 50 – 70 qualified leads/month
  • 6 – 10 active roles/month
  • First deal closure within 45–60 days

Phase 2 – From Month 4 (Full-Time Employment with InksPage Ltd)

  • Achieve £10K/month in at least 2 months
  • Gross Monthly Salary: £4,500 – £5,000
  • £22,000 billed revenue
  1. At Base Target (£22K)
  • No commission at target level

Accelerator Commission

  1. £22K – £30K (Commission of 5%)
  2. £30K – £40K (Commission of 8%)
  3. £40K – £50K (Commission of 12%)
  4. £50K+ (Commission of 15%)
  • 15 – 20 discovery meetings/month
  • 70 – 100 qualified leads/month
  • 6 – 10 closures per month
  • Pipeline coverage: 3x monthly target
  • Acquire new UK clients (mid-market & enterprise)
  • Drive outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, calls, email)
  • Manage full sales lifecycle
  • Negotiate commercial terms ensuring profitability
  • Work closely with delivery teams
  • Maintain CRM discipline and forecasting
  • Build long-term revenue accounts
  • 2 - 4 years in UK staffing / recruitment sales
  • Proven success in new client acquisition
