Talavishiraaj Groups is a registered business services and consulting company. We are expanding our internal business development team to drive international growth. Our focus is on building partnerships, scaling our consulting services, and reaching new clients worldwide.
This is not a staffing/recruitment role — we are directly hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our own team and grow with us.
- Generate high-quality leads in international markets.
- Pitch Talavishiraaj Groups’ services directly to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead → pitch → deal closure → client onboarding.
- Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or international sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior exposure to consulting or outsourcing services is an advantage.
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension if felt can be improved).
- Compensation: Commission-only, based on closed deals.
- Model: Independent Contractor (not employment).
- High performers may receive an experience certificate from Talavishiraaj Groups.
- Potential to transition into a long-term or full-time role depending on performance.
