Job Title: Business Development Executive

Nexesh delivers intensive, career-accelerating AI and programming workshops directly to schools and colleges. Our flagship initiative, the AI for All Program, helps institutions equip students with essential AI skills through a structured 5-day learning experience.

  • Reach out to schools, colleges, and training partners to promote Nexesh’s programs.
  • Present and explain the AI for All Program and other training solutions in simple, clear ways.
  • Generate new leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable training packages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and closed deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to support company growth.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical or AI-related concepts in simple language.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and structured sales processes.
  • Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
  • Open to applicants from the US, Canada, and India only.
  • Salary: $190,000 to $200,000
