eTrainers.org delivers high‑impact professional development, leadership programs (including John Maxwell workshops), hybrid training solutions, consulting services, and DISC assessments to corporate and government organizations.

We are expanding nationwide — and seeking driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Consultants (BDCs) who want unlimited earning potential and a meaningful mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Self‑generate leads and build pipelines targeting corporate and government agencies
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Hold discovery conversations, present solutions, and close deals
  • Sell subscription eLearning, onsite leadership training, and consulting services
  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM updates
  • Represent eTrainers.org professionally in meetings and presentations

Compensation

This is a commission‑only role with high earning potential.

  • 20% recurring commission on monthly eLearning subscriptions
  • 20% commission on instructor-led trainings
  • 20% commission on consulting services
  • 25% after 120 days of meeting quotas
  • Performance bonuses and incentives available
