What You’ll Do
- Self‑generate leads and build pipelines targeting corporate and government agencies
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking
- Hold discovery conversations, present solutions, and close deals
- Sell subscription eLearning, onsite leadership training, and consulting services
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM updates
- Represent eTrainers.org professionally in meetings and presentations
Compensation
This is a commission‑only role with high earning potential.
- 20% recurring commission on monthly eLearning subscriptions
- 20% commission on instructor-led trainings
- 20% commission on consulting services
- 25% after 120 days of meeting quotas
