Responsibilites:
- Act as a local representative of IR Solutions in your country/region.
- Identify, approach, and meet potential clients (in-person or online).
- Promote IR Solutions’ services (web, mobile, AI, blockchain) in local markets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and companies to generate qualified leads.
- Arrange meetings and facilitate direct connections between clients and our team.
- Negotiate terms and contribute to successful project closures.
- Collaborate with our internal team to align proposals with client requirements.
- Work independently to achieve agreed monthly/quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development / IT sales / client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of IT services: web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, blockchain.
- Excellent English communication skills (local language fluency is a plus).
- Established network of business contacts in your region.
- Ability to conduct in-person client meetings as required.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional in client handling.
Commission:
- Commission-based contract only.
