Generate new business within your territory

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Manage the full sales cycle using Salesforce

Present value-driven BPO and staffing solutions

Build long-term client relationships

Stay current on market trends and competitors

Participate in onsite meetings, events, and occasional international travel

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of B2B sales experience (Payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO required)

Proven ability to close and exceed revenue targets

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Ability and willingness to work on-site

Valid driver’s license and passport
