Position Overview:

With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, as the Business Administrator and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our business operations, optimizing organizational efficiency, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in business administration and sales support. We are looking for a candidate who can bring a strategic approach to improving our internal processes while actively increasings sales.

As the Business Administration and Sales Coordinator for our construction company, you will be a key contributor to our success by ensuring seamless business operations and generating revenue.

Business Administration:

  • Manage & oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency & to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems for construction projects, contracts, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate projects, project timelines, and assist in project management tasks.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures.

Organization and Efficiency:

  • Optimize business processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project teams to streamline communication and workflow between project teams, suppliers, and clients and to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies & solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness & optimize operations.

Sales:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the project timeframe.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in creating proposals, bid documents, and project estimates.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials for construction projects.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze construction project data to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports to track key performance indicators in sales and project management.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share in the construction industry.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business administration and sales support roles.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
