Brand You.ie Ireland is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Copywriter to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can craft compelling brand narratives, develop strategic messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. As a Brand Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for brand creation and re-branding initiatives, defining and aligning brand culture, and conducting brand audits and market analysis to explore brand perception and key findings. You will develop a brand strategy focusing on positioning, tone of voice, proposition, target audience, and messaging framework while ensuring brand governance and consistency in all internal and external communications. Your role will also involve writing engaging blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media posts, proofreading and editing content to maintain high-quality standards, and creating and implementing content strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop themes and campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions for creative content ideas, and overseeing the development of tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels will be crucial aspects of your role.

In addition, you will manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance, training, and feedback while assigning tasks, overseeing deadlines, and ensuring content quality. Maintaining consistency across all brand communication channels, including websites, emails, and social media, will be a key responsibility. You will also work with translation and localization teams to ensure messaging consistency in different languages and adapt brand voice to diverse cultural contexts. The role requires expertise in SEO best practices, optimizing content for search engines using on-site SEO techniques such as primary and secondary keywords, title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, and structured headings while managing off-page SEO activities to enhance visibility. Analyzing content performance and implementing A/B testing for better engagement and conversions will be essential.

Regular content audits to refresh outdated articles and blogs, updating website content to improve SEO rankings and user engagement, and collaborating with sales teams to develop compelling sales copy and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns are also part of the job. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding copywriting projects, manage client expectations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality content on time. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring all content complies with industry standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
