We’re looking for an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeper who is highly skilled in QuickBooks to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and keep our financial records precise and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain the general ledger and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
- Prepare documentation for tax filings and coordinate with external accountants as needed
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
